One of our most popular services at Sonata Aesthetics is the non-surgical nose job. A non-surgical nose job is a great alternative to traditional rhinoplasty because optimal correction can be achieved at a fraction of the cost without the risks, pain and recovery of surgery. Many of our patients who come in for this service are younger, have done their research and made this decision with a lot of thought; but are still hesitant and nervous. At Sonata, we want to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Here is what you can expect when you schedule a non-surgical nose job at Sonata Aesthetics.

First, we will welcome you to our beautiful state-of-the art medical office in Broomfield, Colorado. After completing your new patient paperwork, you will be taken to a consultation room to meet with Dr. Janowski. We are so proud that Dr. Janowski was recently ranked #1 in Colorado and #14 in the United States for his expertise and use of Restylane, the product he will be discussing with you in your consultation. In your initial consultation, you can share all your concerns with the doctor and discuss treatment options. A non-surgical nose job uses hyaluronic acid fillers, such as Restylane Lyft to correct and reshape imperfections in the nose. Humps, bumps, curved bridges, crooked slopes, beaks, sloped tips, childhood gymnastics injuries… all correctable with filler! Dr. Janowski may even measure you for Phi, the ideal measurements of symmetrical perfection and offer up some suggestions to enhance your natural beauty. During the consultation, you will also get pricing and payment information and can ask any questions you may still have. Consultations are always complimentary at Sonata and there is never an obligation to complete a service, however the vast majority of our patients go ahead with treatment the same day. Typically, results last around one year. Repeat treatment will be necessary at that time to maintain your results. Unlike surgery, this treatment is fully reversible because hyaluronic acid is easily dissolved. However, we are confident you will love the results of your non-surgical nose job at Sonata Aesthetics.

After signing consents and taking some before photos, you will be brought into the treatment room for the procedure. Ice is usually completely sufficient for prevention of pain since the filler is formulated with lidocaine (a local pain killer) so the area is actually numbed as it is being injected. After a few minutes of icing, Dr. Janowski will begin to inject your syringe of filler, evening out any imperfections while adding symmetry to your face. You may feel some pokes and pinches while he injects, but the experience should be relatively pain-free and surprisingly comfortable. He injects- artistically reshaping- until optimal correction is achieved… typically the process takes around 15 minutes from start to finish. Treatment is customized to each unique nose, but many patients will have some filler remaining in the syringe they purchased. We will store that in the office in case minor adjustments need to be made a few weeks later, once the filler has settled.

Next it’s back to the photo room for some after shots. Some of our patients get emotional when they see the before and after photos side-by-side! Bruising and swelling are very rare side effects with this procedure, but we will provide you with an anti-bruising kit and aftercare instructions. Back in the lobby, we will schedule a follow up appointment to use any remaining filler.
