Love notes from Sonata

Helping to spread Love

Have you picked up your “love note” from Sonata? We created these little “kits” for you to express our deep gratitude — as well as to share our intention for you that you are able to use our tools to step in to your own Embodied Sovereignty.

Embodied Sovereignty is a concept we love to focus us – which for us means empowering you to claim your divine “throne”, to step in to your light, to share your greatest gifts with the world and to do it while staying in your own body.

In order to support your own light, we created what we are calling “Love Notes”.

We’ve included some “Sweet Love” tea, all natural and organic, and locally sourced from Rebecca’s Apothecary in Boulder. Steep tea for 5 minutes in hot water. (Keep tea in the bag or put in a tea strainer, if you have one).

Also included is a rose quartz gem stone. Rose quartz has been associated with love for millenia – and is great for mood boosting. Carry it in your pocket, put it in a special place, or put a drop of oil on it and use it to massage your face.
