Our Medical Assistant, Krystyna, shares her favorite products and treatments

What is your role at Sonata?

I am Dr. Janowski’s Medical Assistant, and assist him with all treatments. I also follow up with all of our wonderful patients after their treatments, so I hear feedback on every procedure. I’ve worked with Dr. Janowski for 10 years.

What treatments and services have you had done?

In the ten years I have been working with Dr. Janowski, I’ve tried almost everything. Most recently, I have had my lips done with Restylane to add volume – and I love them. I’ve used Sculptra to add volume to my mid-face and temples. I’ve tried and loved having a non-surgical nose job with filler to correct some slopping on my nose after I had a surgical nose job. I’ve also added volume to my chin with filler to balance out my face, and corrected my gummy smile with Dysport® injection. I’ve done many Chemical Peels to help with my acne, as well as Microderms, IPL: Photofacials to treat my brown spots, and Laser Hair Removal. I also love being a “guinea pig” for new procedures.

What is your top favorite treatments/services and why?

My favorite treatment is Lip Filler, it’s so natural and going from have no lips to something lovely and feminine is a nice change. I also love the chemical peels, it’s like getting new skin all over again after every treatment.

What would you recommend every one do to take better care of themselves?

I recommend everyone use a prescription strength, medical grade skin care line to take better care of themselves. This is one of the best things you can do to keep your skin healthy and aging well right from your own home.

What have you learned while working at Sonata that you would want to share with friends and family?

I’ve learned that there are so many things you can do to make yourself a better and younger looking you. It’s great to come in and talk with Dr. Janowski to explore all your options. You will feel so empowered – and he always has new things that he is researching and adding to our suite of services.
