Introducing Avelli for Cellulite
By Lawrence Janowski, MD
Almost all women have cellulite, and all women hate it. It has been one of the most difficult cosmetic issues to fix, and there have been many attempts to create devices and products to try to solve this problem. Everything from lasers, to injectables, to mechanical devices. They have mostly failed, either due to causing unwanted side effects, or producing unsatisfactory results, or both.
Remember that the problem with cellulite is vertical bands of connective tissue that attach to the undersurface of the skin, tethering it down and creating a dimple. The ideal treatment would be able to release these bands directly under the dimple, causing it to flatten, without affecting any structures around the dimple.
Such a device now exists. It is called Aveli. Aveli was designed specifically to precisely target these bands using a small, hand-held wand that is placed under the skin (after numbing the area). The tip of the wand cuts the bands and releases the dimple, leaving all surrounding structures intact. The result is a one-and-done elimination of all cellulite dimples. The results are permanent, as follow-up studies have shown no recurrence in dimpling years after treatment.
Aveli has proven itself to be the safe and effective cellulite treatment we have all been waiting for. Please schedule a consultation to find out if you are a candidate for it.
